You’ve likely already heard that the FDA has banned the sale of all flavored vape pods with the exception of tobacco and menthol flavors which means if you plan on stocking up, now is the time to do it. While we are quite certain that all flavored vape pod refills with the exception of tobacco and menthol flavors will be banned from being sold on February 1st, 2020, we’re still unsure about disposable flavored pod vapes.

We have reached out directly to the FDA for clarification but we imagine that they are likely very busy with questions from the entire nation of vape shops but we’ll let you know when we find out the details. As far as the ban on flavored vape pod ban goes, KC Fumes smoke and vape shop will continue to stock tobacco and menthol flavored pods as they are not included in the ban but we currently are not ordering any more flavors other than those not included in the ban as it makes no sense to have a surplus that we can’t sell after January 31st, 2020. With that being said, our inventory of flavored vape pods is pretty good but it will more than likely get lower and lower as January 31st, 2020 approaches (which is the last day we’ll be able to sell them.) If you plan on stocking up and you have a particular flavor you like, you might want to stop by our smoke and vape shop sooner rather than later as they are quite literally flying off of the shelves. We still have plenty of disposable vape pods in a variety of flavors as well and we will continue to keeping stocking them as we believe they will not be part of the ban. At KC Fumes smoke and vape shop, we know that many of our vaping customers are pretty angry about this ban but they way we see it is that it could be a lot worse as flavored vape liquids for mod style vaporizers won’t be part of the ban at all.
