In case you didn’t hear, the FDA announced on January 2nd, 2020 that they will be banning all flavored vape pod refills with the exception of tobacco and menthol flavors which will take effect on February 1st, 2020. While we at KC Fumes smoke and vape shop don’t necessarily agree with the ban and feel it will be counterproductive to the actual goal of the ban, we will comply with the ban and cease all sales of flavored vape pods at the close of business January 31st, 2020. In the meantime, we will be marking down the prices of any in stock flavored vape pods so that our customers can stock up before the ban goes into effect. If you’re a flavored pod vaper we are truly sorry and just as frustrated as you are with the FDA’s ban but there is nothing we can do other than cease all sales of flavored vape pods at the close of business January 31st, 2020.
