We know if sucks but the fact is that flavored vape pods are going away after January 31st, 2020 due to the FDA’s recent ban. Vape Shops and Flavored Vape Pods in Kansas City, Leawood and Overland Park
While we won’t be getting any more orders of flavored pods in stock, we still have a decent selection but as you might expect, they have been flying off of our shelves as our customers have been stocking up. Here’s the scoop on the ban:
- Flavored pod refills for vaping devices like JUUL, Phix and other pod style vaporizers are part of the ban.
- Tobacco and menthol flavored pod refills WILL NOT be part of the ban and KC Fumes will continue to stock them after January 31st, 2020.
- Traditional vape juices and e-liquids WILL NOT be part of the current ban. These are used in mod style vaporizers but require a bit of knowledge to refill them manually. Our staff can show you how they work.
- So far as we know, flavored disposable pods are NOT going to be part of the current ban. That means you’ll be able to buy flavored disposable vape pods like Puff Bar and RipStick after January 31, 2020 but we will continue to provide updates should we hear anything new.
